On October 24, National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow visited the city of Arkadag, where he familiarized himself with the progress of the second phase of construction, design sketches of new facilities, and finishing materials.

During the visit, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan reviewed the projects for landscaping the adjacent territory of the mosque «Arkadagyň ruhy metjidi» of the city of Arkadag designed for 30,000 people, placing decorative forms in the park, and erecting statues of Akhal-Teke horses along the Akhal-Teke Avenue, making relevant adjustments to them.

In addition, the National Leader of Turkmen People held a working meeting with the participation of the Chairman of the State Committee for Construction of the city of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan Deryageldi Orazov and the Head of the city Administration Gulshat Mammedova., noting the importance of preparations for the autumn tree-planting season, studying the advanced experience of the Kingdom of Netherlands, and adequately representing the city at the Harvest Festival.

Furthermore, the Hero-Arkadag visited the cottage complex and multi-story residential buildings under construction in the city, where he inspected the quality of smart home systems, digital technologies, and construction materials used.
