Representative of "Turkmenpoçta" postal communications company participated in a training seminar in Tbilisi

M. Atayev, Head of the International Relations Department of the "Türkmenpoçta" postal communications company of the ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan, participated in a Universal Postal Union (UPU) training seminar on remunerations for Europe and Commonwealth of Independent States member countries, held on March 10–11 in Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia. The event was organized by the International Bureau of the Universal Postal Union. It was held to enhance the technical knowledge of postal operators in Europe and the CIS regarding UPU payment systems for letters, small packets, and their transmissions.
During the two-day seminar, participants familiarized themselves with the features of new payment systems introduced as a result of key decisions regarding the remuneration system (ITU) adopted at the 28th UPU Congress, as well as their practical implementation.
