On October 2, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a Cabinet of Ministers meeting via the digital system, at which the results of the work carried out in the country over the first nine months of this year were summed up.

Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Annamammedov reported on the results of the activities of the complex under his supervision for January–September 2026.

As reported, fulfillment of the plan for production and work performed in this sector during the specified period was 120.9 percent. The same indicator was achieved at 102.8 percent for the Ministry of Construction and Architecture, 128.3 percent for the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production, and 107 percent for the Ministry of Energy.

For the Ministry of Motor Roads, fulfillment of the plan for the scheduled work reached 107.1 percent, for the State Concern "Türkmenhimiýa" 127.7 percent, and for the Hyakimlik of the city of Ashgabat 130.9 percent.

Having heard the report, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov drew attention to the importance of taking comprehensive measures to increase the volume of products manufactured by the construction and industrial complex. In this regard, the Head of State gave the Deputy Prime Minister instructions to carry out work aimed at operating chemical enterprises at full capacity, consistently developing the energy sector, and constructing and reconstructing motor roads.
