The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated his compatriots on the glorious 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan's Independence. The Head of State described this holiday as an event of immense historical significance, noting that Independence is the unshakable foundation of national statehood and the unextinguishable light of the country's glorious future.
Arkadagly Hero-Serdar emphasized that in the Epoch of Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, new cities and villages are being built in Turkmenistan, majestic buildings are being erected, high achievements are being attained, and large-scale programs for the future are being launched.
In the year «Independent Neutral Turkmenistan – Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses», modern residential complexes, industrial enterprises with innovative technologies, advanced medical and educational centers, and high-speed highways were solemnly opened in the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, as well as in the country's provinces.
The President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov noted that over the 35 years of Independence, the democratic, legal, and secular foundation of the state has been consistently strengthened. Man has been recognized as the highest value of the state and society, and refined state governance mechanisms alongside new democratic principles embodying the foundations of genuine democracy have been formed.
Based on the Program «Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State: National Program for Socio-Economic Development of Turkmenistan in 2022–2052», the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for Socio-Economic Development of the Country in 2022–2028», and the National Rural Program, economic sectors are being consistently modernized, and industry is being improved on the basis of innovative technologies.
Arkadagly Hero-Serdar recalled that from the very first days of Independence, Turkmenistan chose a foreign policy course based on the time-honored principles of neutrality, trust, peace, and friendship, as well as a national path of integration into the system of international relations. Over the past 35 years, Turkmenistan has put forward initiatives on neutral, preventive, energy, transport, environmental, scientific-medical, and cultural diplomacy from the high rostrum of the United Nations, as well as at high-level summits, forums, and conferences. These have transformed into global proposals serving the interests of all humanity.
In conclusion of his Congratulatory Message, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished his compatriots good health, a peaceful and prosperous life, inexhaustible happiness, and great success in their work for the further prosperity of their beloved Motherland!
