In order to ensure the dynamic socio-economic development of the country, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution on September 23. In accordance with the document, the National Strategy for Industrial Development of Turkmenistan for 2030–2045 was approved.

In order to implement the United Nations General Assembly Resolution «Year of International Law, 2028», to further strengthen the international legal foundations of Turkmenistan's foreign policy in the interests of peace, security, trust, and sustainable development, as well as to form a unified state system of measures to unlock the practical potential of permanent neutrality, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution on September 23. In accordance with the document, the National Concept «International Law and Neutrality of Turkmenistan» was approved.

Ministries, sectoral departments, as well as military and law enforcement agencies were instructed to ensure the implementation of the aforementioned National Concept.

In order to successfully implement the state youth policy, identify young people passionate about science, knowledge, and advanced technologies, foster patriotic, hardworking, erudite, educated, and harmoniously developed generations who make a worthy contribution to the comprehensive development of the country, and create conditions for the full participation of youth in the socio-economic, political, and cultural life of the state and society in the Epoch of Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution on September 23. In accordance with the document, the State Program on State Youth Policy in Turkmenistan for the Period up to 2031 and the Action Plan for its implementation were approved.

Relevant ministries, sectoral departments, and the hakimliks (administration offices) of the velayats (provinces), as well as the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag, were instructed to ensure the implementation of the aforementioned State Program.

In order to strengthen the state system for guaranteeing, ensuring, and protecting human rights and freedoms in Turkmenistan in the Epoch of Revival of the New Era of the Powerful State, as well as to step up cooperation with the United Nations and other international organizations, and to carry out activities to fulfill Turkmenistan's international human rights obligations on a systematic basis, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a Resolution on September 23. In accordance with the document, the National Action Plan on Human Rights in Turkmenistan for 2026–2030 was approved.

Law enforcement agencies, ministries, sectoral departments of Turkmenistan, local executive authorities, and local self-government bodies were instructed to ensure the implementation of the measures provided for in the aforementioned Plan.
