President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and Government of Turkmenistan, as well as personally, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to President of the Republic of Singapore Mr. Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Prime Minister of the Republic of Singapore Lawrence Wong, and the people of the country on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of Singapore, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reported.

Noting that relations between our states are based on mutual respect, equality, and the desire for progress and prosperity, the head of state stressed Turkmenistan's interest in expanding bilateral cooperation and expressed confidence that the partnership between our countries will continue to steadily develop in the interests of both peoples.

Taking this pleasant opportunity, the President of Turkmenistan expressed wishes of good health, happiness, and well-being to President Tharman Shanmugaratnam and Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, and wishes of progress and prosperity to the people of Singapore.
