A meeting was held between a Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and a Head of the Representative Office of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in Turkmenistan Eric Livny. This was reported by a press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, the parties discussed topical issues of strengthening cooperation between Turkmenistan and the EBRD.

The interlocutors noted that regular consultations and meetings contribute to the expansion of practical interaction and the advancement of new joint initiatives.

At the meeting, the mutual interest of Turkmenistan and the EBRD in the further development of a partnership focused on supporting economic reforms, attracting investments and implementing projects in strategically significant areas was confirmed.
