The esteemed President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, on behalf of the people and Government of the country, as well as on his own behalf, sent a heartfelt congratulatory letter to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, and the entire Russian people on the occasion of Russia Day. In his message, the Head of State specifically emphasized that at the present time, Turkmenistan and Russia are cooperating with high efficiency across various fields. He also expressed strong confidence that the bilateral relations, which are strategic in nature, will continue to develop dynamically through joint efforts for the benefit of the peoples of both countries.

Furthermore, the esteemed President wished the leaders of Russia, Vladimir Putin and Mikhail Mishustin, robust health and endless happiness, and extended wishes of permanent peace, welfare, and prosperity to the friendly people of the Russian Federation.
