From June 1 to 22, 2026, an international seminar on the topic «Smart Logistics Management for Turkmenistan» is being held in the city of Qingdao, People's Republic of China. This was reported on a website of the State Service for Sea and River Transport of Turkmenistan.

Representatives of Turkmenistan's transport sector are participating in the seminar, including delegates from the State Service for Sea and River Transport of Turkmenistan.

As part of the program, participants are familiarizing themselves with the People's Republic of China's advanced experience in the field of modern logistics process management technologies, digital solutions in the transport sector, intelligent cargo flow management systems, and the development of transport and logistics infrastructure.

The knowledge and practical skills gained will be directed toward further improving transport and logistics services, strengthening international cooperation, and increasing the efficiency of the maritime transport sector.
