On June 4th, a President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received Eric Stewart, the Executive Director of the Turkmenistan–US Business Council, who is currently visiting our country. This was reported by an online newspaper «Turkmenistan: Golden age».

The parties emphasized that the Business Council holds an important place in intensifying trade and economic interaction between the two countries, serving as an effective tool for increasing trade volume, expanding the scope of investment projects, and strengthening contacts between the private and public sectors.

Noting with satisfaction that relations between the business structures of Turkmenistan and the US are developing in promising directions, and that the number of companies showing interest in cooperation is growing every year, the Head of State pointed out the necessity of organizing regular meetings between the business communities of both countries.

Speaking on this, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov stressed that Turkmenistan supports the expansion of mutually beneficial partnership with American companies and is ready to consider their specific proposals.

Expressing gratitude to the Head of State for the trust shown, the businessman confirmed the readiness of US business circles to strengthen their positions in the promising Turkmen market and to participate in the implementation of new joint projects.
