A President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to the President of Georgia, Mikheil Kavelashvili, and the Prime Minister of the country, Irakli Kobakhidze, on the occasion of Georgia’s national holiday – Independence Day.
