Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent a heartfelt congratulatory letter to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on behalf of the Turkmen people and the Halk Maslahaty on the occasion of Ashgabat City Day.
