On March 26, 2026, a roundtable was held at the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine in Bucharest, dedicated to the 35th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Independence and the 2026 motto: "Independent, permanently Neutral Turkmenistan - homeland of purposeful winged horses". During the speeches, the transformations achieved in Turkmenistan over the years of independence in the political, economic, and socio-humanitarian spheres were highly appreciated. The event also featured the presentation of the new book by the President of Turkmenistan, Serdar Berdimuhamedov, titled “Turkmenistan’s Neutrality – The Bright Path of Peace and Trust.” Participants noted the particular relevance of this work in the context of strengthening a culture of peace and mutual respect on the international stage. Special emphasis was placed on promoting the national heritage of the Turkmen people. It was highlighted that the Akhal-Teke horses are not only a symbol of statehood but also a unique contribution of Turkmenistan to the treasury of global cultural values.
