On March 29, a celebration was held in the city of Arkadag on the occasion of the fifth anniversary of the Charity Fund for Providing Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship named after Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. At the beginning of the ceremony, a congratulatory message from President Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the participants was read. The message emphasized that fostering physically strong and spiritually rich happy generations, as well as safeguarding the health of mothers and children in our independent homeland, are among the priority areas of state policy. In a ceremonial setting, the Vice-President for Medical Activities of the Charity Fund, Oguljahan Atabayeva, awarded the “Arkadag” medals to the Permanent Representative of the United Nations Development Programme in Turkmenistan, Narine Saakyan, and the Head of the UNICEF Representation in Turkmenistan, Jalpa Ratna, congratulating them on their well-deserved honors. Speeches delivered by participants included sincere congratulations and best wishes to the Charity Fund.
